This Refund Policy ("Policy") governs the terms under which ArigoFX, a company duly incorporated under the laws of Saint Lucia, handles refund requests related to its services.

1. General Legal Notice and Compliance Standards

1.1 ArigoFX operates under Saint Lucia’s International Business Companies Act and adheres to AML and CTF regulations.

1.2 This Policy balances consumer protection with the risk-oriented nature of forex trading.

2. Scope of Services Covered by This Policy

  • Trading account deposits
  • Subscription-based services (e.g., trading signals, market analysis)
  • Educational materials and digital downloads
  • Promotions and bonus offerings

3. Refund Eligibility Criteria

3.1 Refunds may be considered if:

  • Written request is submitted within 14 days of the transaction
  • Funds haven't been traded or used for margin
  • No suspicious activity is found
  • Client passes compliance checks

3.2 Refunds will not be issued if:

  • Funds were used in trading
  • Digital content or tools were accessed
  • Bonus funds were used
  • Disputes bypassed internal procedures
  • Client violated AML/KYC or terms

4. Trading Account Deposits

4.1 Deposits are non-refundable after use in trading.

4.2 Unused deposits may be refunded if requested within 14 days and verified.

4.3 Refunds are only issued to the original payment method.

5. Subscription and Digital Product Refunds

5.1 No refunds for subscription services once access is granted.

5.2 No refunds for digital products once accessed or downloaded.

5.3 Clients may cancel future subscriptions, but no retroactive refunds will be issued.

6. Bonuses and Promotional Funds

6.1 Bonuses follow separate terms.

6.2 Bonus funds and profits are non-refundable unless all terms are met.

6.3 Abuse of bonus programs results in ineligibility and potential account termination.

7. Refund Request Process

7.1 Email refund requests to compliance@arigofx.com with subject: “Refund Request – [Full Name & Account ID]”.

7.2 Include:

  • Full legal name and contact info
  • Account ID and transaction reference
  • Reason for refund
  • Proof of payment
  • Any additional requested documents

7.3 ArigoFX will:

  • Acknowledge within 5 business days
  • Conduct compliance review
  • Respond within 30 business days

8. Compliance and AML Verification

8.1 All requests are subject to AML checks, including ID verification and source of funds.

8.2 Refunds may be denied if:

  • Documentation is insufficient
  • Refunds violate regulations
  • Request appears fraudulent

9. Chargebacks and Unauthorized Disputes

9.1 Chargebacks without contacting ArigoFX first violate this Policy.

9.2 ArigoFX may:

  • Dispute chargebacks with evidence
  • Freeze/terminate account
  • Report to authorities

10. Amendments to This Policy

10.1 ArigoFX may amend this Policy at any time.

10.2 Latest version is available on the website. Continued use of services equals acceptance.

11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

This Policy is governed by Saint Lucia law. Disputes shall be handled by courts in Castries, Saint Lucia.
