If you wish to close all trading accounts and permanently deactivate your ArigoFX Profile, please ensure:
Once this is done, send a formal deletion request from your registered email address to support@arigofx.com, but verification from your registered email address will still be required for processing. We will process your profile and account closure request within 24 hours (TAT: 24 hours) of receiving the request from your registered email after deletion you will receive confirmation email from support team .
Please note that under applicable legal and regulatory obligations, ArigoFX is required to retain certain client and account data for a minimum period of 1 year following account closure. This is to comply with anti-money laundering (AML), counter-terrorism financing (CTF), and other regulatory requirements. Therefore, while we can deactivate your accounts and profile, complete deletion of all associated personal data may not be possible until the mandatory retention period has passed.
